BKT Elektronik, one of the largest Central European manufacturer of passive network equipment with large international exposure, is currently  looking for:

Export Sales Managers Trainee     Nordic, Benelux  &  German Speaking Countries

The Role: Located in Bydgoszcz, the Export Sales Manager Trainee will get an intensive training to be responsible for the current accounts handling as invoicing, order confirmation, preparing quotations and managing all commercial aspects in the most professional way. The main task, however, will be responsibility for the turnover growth in your area. You will be asked to acquire new customers by identifying prospects through internet search, exhibitions, available databases, and networking. This will be followed by presenting the company and the offer by telephone conversation, e-mails, and personal meetings. 

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Polish is a prerequisite
  
• Excellent communication manner - on line, on telephone, and face to face Ability to work on own initiative
  
• Willingness to travel with some possible overnight stays
  
• Higher education
  
• Some B2B international sales experience would be an advantage but not essential
