Quality System
It is our goal to fulfill the highest quality requirements, which inspires us to the continuous development of every employee. We achieve the recognized quality by:
- employing the principles of continuous process improvement;
- striving for total elimination of errors;
- promoting team work for achieving the quality improvement targets;
- target planning, process monitoring, and their continuous improvement;
- using materials and goods of renowned and qualified suppliers;
- teaching all the employees about the quality policy and public access to it;
We have implemented, certified, and constantly improved the quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2008. Our production employs the standards of the installation of electronic circuits, cables, and cable bundles according to the requirements of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
We improve internal processes by promoting the Lean Management philosophy, using such techniques as KAIZEN, SFM, 5S, VSM, and Kanban. We manage the quality with the FMEA and PDCA methods, system, process and product audits, and 8D reports.
In the process management, we use, among other things, the following quality tools:
- Check-lists
- SPC — statistical process control
- Ishikawa diagram
- Pareto chart
- Histograms
We use the following methods to verify and assess our products:
- Visual inspections
- Electrical and functional inspections
- Tightening torque inspection
- Optical inspection of microsections and crimp terminal rupture strength
- Microscopic inspection of the purity of optical fiber connectors
- Inspection of optical fiber connector attenuation
- Micro- and macroscopic inspections
- Geometrical parameter measurement
- Coordinate measurements (3D)
We confirm the product quality by a zero-production run and approving product models according to the customer requirements (PPAP, VDA).
