Patch panels

Patch panels are one of the key elements of network infrastructure used to organize and manage connections in ICT networks. They are the central point of connecting cables in server rooms, rack cabinets and switchboard rooms, enabling quick and easy connection switching without the need for excessive interruption of network operation. BKT offers two main groups of patch panels - modular and integrated. Modular panels are simply 19-inch frames housing the appropriate number of RJ45 socket modules, parameters matched to the entire cabling - most often identical to those installed in installation boxes. Such solutions are available for all cabling categories. Integrated panels, usually offered in lower categories (5e/6), are complete solutions with RJ45 sockets and IDC connectors, requiring an appropriate impact tool. This solution is characterized by faster installation and often a larger number of RJ45 sockets.
