All those interested are requested to contact us. Booking of places is on a first-come, first-served basis. To register participants, please complete the form„FO1 training application agreement”.In the form, all fields must be completed and the location of the training course and convenient of the available dates must be selected. Please send the completed form by e-mail to szkolenia@bkte.pl. We will confirm your attendance upon receipt of the form.

Participation in the training is payable. The cost of the training is PLN 1,000 + VAT per company. The training, at this price, can be attended by a maximum of 2 people from the company. Absence from a training course does not entitle to a refund of the fee paid. Catering services (coffee, tea and lunch) are provided at each training session. Any overnight stays must be arranged on your own!

Applications are accepted up to a maximum of 3 working days before the scheduled meeting date. Clients pre-paying for the training on the basis of a pro-forma invoice are obliged to pay it up to 2 working days after receiving it, otherwise the candidature will be rejected automatically.
