Modernization of welding shop
As part of the modernization and expansion of the welding shop, we have made improvements in welding processes in order to increase their efficiency. We currently use the following technologies:
2D/3D laser welding is used mainly for welding of acid-resistant sheet metal and aluminium products. The quality of the weld completely eliminates subsequent machining.
TIG/MIG robotized welding is a combination of a modern welding source and a robot. The instruments, properly designed by our engineers, and work of the robot guarantee repeatable execution of complex welding with the highest quality.
TIG/MIG/MAG conventional welding is carried out in two welding rooms, comprehensively equipped with modern welding equipment, including over 50 welding machines and Demmeler tables.
