Cooperative Bank in Wschowa
The Project of Construction and Reconstruction of premises for the needs of the server room and the IT department as part of the reconstruction and expansion of the Cooperative Bank in Wschowa.
The scope of work included the following areas:
Design of general power systems: Main switchgear with the automation system, power generator connection systems, general and DATA socket systems, technological (power) device supply systems, UPS from networks, batteries and by-passes, guaranteed power distribution systems, electric shock protection systems, surge protection systems and bonding connection systems.
Design of low-voltage power systems: Fire protection system, access control system, intrusion detection system, CCTV system, server room automation system – lighting control, access control and intrusion detection, CCTV, ventilation, air conditioning, heating, 4DC integration, UPS control, switchgear, structured cabling system for the server room, IT rooms and the bank's entire office, system of server racks and accessories, data transmission system for active servers and devices.
Design of the Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System for the server room and the UPS room.
Design of the fire fighting system for the server room and the UPS room.
Design of technical floor for the server room and the UPS room.
The project also involved the coordination and guidelines for the entire project of reconstruction and expansion of the building, including: architecture, structures, as well as power and ventilation systems.
Specific technologies for individual systems and industries were used in the project work, including - EATON, STULZ, KIDDE, BOSCH, and NEXUS.
In respect of the ICT technologies for the server rooms the designs were based on solutions manufactured by BKT Elektronik, in particular:
Server racks, cold aisle containment, ceiling duct system – in 4DC technology
Power distribution and server room automation systems – power distribution units, 4DC System Manager
Data transmission systems: offices – Class EA; IT department – Class FA; Data Centre – copper technology based on new standard 8.2 and optical fibre technology (single mode) using Multiple-Fibre Push-On (MPO) connectors.
