The Lower Silesian Centre for Materials and Biomaterials at the Wrocław Research Centre EIT
The investment objective involved the implementation of the project for the installation of ICT solutions of BKT Elektronik in the area of passive infrastructure (buildings 7,9, 9A).
Our company supplied materials for the construction of a telecommunications network and a server room, in particular:
- Server room equipment: racks and kiosk enclosures using 4DC 42U 800x1000 technology, with NPM type D power distribution units with environmental module (T/H, smoke, water, doors) and SM4DC application for integration and visualisation of power distribution units, environmental and power parameters, including the condition of UPS devices.
- Horizontal and vertical cabling system for the server room in copper and optical fibre technology (based on OM4 cables with LC connectors) and in shielded copper Class EA technology using BKT695 RJ45 Cat 6A cables in the amount of 2,450; Hybrid panels combining the fibre optic HD MPO and copper technology are used in the cabinets.
Copper Cat 6A connection cables with LED identification and optical fibre cables were used in the project.
The applied technologies meet the ISO standards 11801:2010 and EN50173-1-2:2011 and the requirements of the Investor;
The total value of the supplies exceeded PLN 550,000.
