Stadion Miejski im. Ernesta Pohla (Stadion Górnika Zabrze)

Investment objective: reconstruction of the Ernest Pohl Stadium in Zabrze based on the IT solutions of BKT Elektronik.

Two-stage implementation of the task. The first stage involved preparation of the design and detailed documentation for ICT systems.

The project assumed the use of:

  • racks in server rooms, main and secondary distribution points – BKT 4DC 42U, 800/1000 and 800/800 as well as BKT SRS 800/800 42U racks and 18U wall-mounted racks with the required equipment for the organisation of the LAN, power distribution, including power distribution units with environmental monitoring type NPM V – 33 sets in total;
  • a horizontal cabling system between the distribution points in optical fibre technology (based on 4/12/24 single mode OS2 9/125 cables in specification E10 and SC APC SM duplex connectors) and copper technology using 25/50-pair Cat 3 cables; the whole set was installed in BKT-VENI panels and BKT-ISDN 25/50 port panels – for 544 duplex connections in total;
  • a vertical cabling system for sockets dedicated to all data, voice and video transmission systems was designed and implemented based on copper shielded technology in Class EA using BKT695 cable terminated with BKT Cat 6A Keystone modules in surface-mounted sockets and high resistance BKT-IP66 sockets, and in BKT 24-port module panels with adjusted ports in distribution cabinets. The total number of RJ45 Keystone sockets exceeded 1950;
  • a CCTV system based on NEXUS and Avigilon Control Center technology included 170 IP bullet/dome/high-speed/vandal-proof cameras from 1.0 to 5.0 megapixels with dedicated lenses and accessories to cameras and audio equipment; in addition, the following were provided: NVR servers with storage of 10 TB RAID5 (7 sets), high-performance workstations supporting 2 and 4 23" and 40" LCD monitors (6 sets);

The task involves the selection and delivery of copper and optical connection cables from BKT in the amount needed for proper operation of ICT subsystems.

The applied technologies meet the requirements of international standards: ISO 11801:2010 and EN50173-1-2:2011.

The total value of the supplies exceeded PLN 1.6 million.
